Infinity Steel Perforated Floor Panel

The Infinity Air Grate is a 24" x 24" steel perforated floor panel with a factory applied white epoxy powder coat finish to prevent corrosion.  The self-retracting lift handle makes the perf panel easy to lift and manage.

What sets this perforated floor tile apart from others is the adaptability to different access floor systems and underfloor structures.  The Infinity Air Grate is compatible in access floor systems up to a maximum stringer width of 1-3/16".

Leveling legs and z-brackets can be purchased separately to adjust the fit of the panel to be flush with adjacent floor panels. And, the optional damper kit can be used to vary the amount of open area.

Infinity FLEX-AIR

Just because you have a high-airflow air grate in front of your rack doesn’t mean you can get all the air you want or need.  Underfloor cooling airflow simply wants to move in a straight path away from the source – not turn up where you want it to go.  In fact, if the rack is too close to the air handler and the air velocity is fast enough, venturi effects can take over and literally draw air into the underfloor as shown in the figure below.  The rack is really not getting enough cold air!

FLEX-AIR is the perfect solution.  The Infinity FLEX-AIR works like a hood scoop for your rack.  With its adjustable throat, FLEX-AIR can capture some or all of the airflow and turn it straight up to direct it where you need it.  FLEX-AIR is the best idea since the fan!
