1 Horizontal Blanking Panels
Prevent cold air from flowing through the rack and bypassing the equipment to be cooled and also prevent hot exhaust air from recirculating back to the cold face of the rack. Data Clean offers several types of blanking panels to accommodate every installation, configuration and budget.

2 Vertical Blanking Panels
Prevent hot air from wrapping around the sides of equipment and flowing between the vertical rack rails and the sides of the cabinet. Our vertical blanking panels come in multiple widths to accommodate different rack sizes and feature cutouts to allow cables to pass through to front side connectors.

3 Under Rack Panels
Close off the horizontal space between the floor and the bottom of the cabinet. Even a 1-inch vertical gap here is a 24-square inch opening for bypass airflow.

4 Rack Brush Grommets
Keep hot air from flowing out of cable openings in the top of a rack. Hotlok® Round 4" Rack Mount Grommets with hybrid brush technology allow cables to pass through the top of the rack but keep air locked inside. Rack-face brush grommets allow cables to pass from the front to the rear of the rack while still blocking bypass airflow.

5 KoldLok® Floor Grommets
KoldLoks are best-in-class brush grommets that keep cold air under the floor where it belongs. Data Clean offers KoldLoks in sizes and shapes for every opening. Unmanaged floor cutouts represent one of the biggest sources of bypass airflow and a significant reduction in cooling efficiency.

6 Aisle Containment

Aisle Containment is the last big step toward achieving total isolation. Data Clean offers softwall curtain systems, hardwall systems and hybrid systems which include a combination of the two systems. Hot aisle or cold aisle containment can easily accommodate equipment rearrangements while improving your airflow management.

7 Inter-Rack Barriers

Extend the aisle containment solution to narrow vertical spaces between adjacent racks or racks and other infrastructure such as walls and columns. These field adjustable panels attach to the sides of racks and walls with magnets and adhesive strips.

Acrycell tape is a self-expanding non-particulating foam tape that can be used to seal off cracks between racks and other hard-to-solve openings.

8 High Airflow Panels
Provide additional airflow to high-density equipment racks. Infinity® Air Grates are a 66% open panel that virtually doubles the airflow of a standard perforated panel.

9 CoolAssist® Fan Panels
Cool high-density racks or provide additional cooling in airflow starved areas. This active unit is positioned directly below a high-airflow panel to push more air from the underfloor plenum where needed. The CoolAssist airflow can be adjusted manually or via remote sensor.

10 PlenaForm™ Plenum Baffle
Direct conditioned air toward critical needs. PlenaForm baffles are flexible, easy to cut, and easy to install. Reducing the volume of area to be cooled saves money.
